Gemini Digital Products was incorporated in November of 1992. Gemini is a privately held company.

Gemini Digital Products is a reseller of HP/Compaq/DEC computer equipment. Gemini sells computer products and services throughout the United States and internationally.

MARKET FOCUS:
Gemini Digital Products is broken into two divisions, END USER and DEALER. The End User Groups primary market focus is on HP/Digital/Compaq computer systems, software, storage, networking and support. The End User customer base ranges from small businesses to Fortune 100 accounts. The End User product profile is oriented to high performance systems, storage and networking. But because of our strong ties to the used market the group is also able to offer outstanding value via pre-owned equipment.
The Gemini Dealer Group does business with the dealer/broker community. Gemini Digital Products recognized it could not possibly find all of the HP/Digital/Compaq market business. Rather than create an adversarial climate, Gemini decided to provide product to resellers addressing markets and customers other than our own. While the Dealer Group does have access to new equipment, most of the equipment transactions in this group are more the traditional HP/Digital/Compaq product.
PARTNERSHIPS:
Gemini Digital Products offers new and reconditioned hardware from Compaq/DEC and third party plus compatible manufacturers. The following is a partial list of the partnerships we currently have in place:
HP/Compac/DEC: Product Remarketing, Business Partner, Storageworks and Classic Compaq Products.
MultiTech Systems: Reseller of equipment for data and Voice over IP communications.
Nemonix: Preferred Reseller, performance upgrades, and Vax maintenance.
MAINTECH: Reselling Partner for Support Services on Sun Microsystems, Hewlett Packard (including Compaq and Digital systems), IBM's pSeries, RS/6000 and Intel-based server lines, Dell, Cisco, 3Com, StorageTek, Network Appliance, ADIC, Quantum/ATL and EMC's Clariion line.
