All Web Sale products carry Gemini’s 30-day repair or replace warranty. Gemini will repair or replace defective equipment. If you experience a hardware problem within the warranty period, please contact us. One of our technicians will assist you in diagnosing the problem and providing a solution over the phone. If a solution can not be obtained over the phone you will receive a return authorization. Upon receipt and testing of said equipment, the failed hardware will be repaired or replaced at Gemini’s sole discretion. Gemini will not be responsible for repairs done by anyone other then Gemini.
